Local women are invited to share their experiences in a CWA survey
The Bellingen branch of the Country Women’s Association (CWA) is inviting all women in the community to share their voices through a new survey designed to better understand the experiences, priorities, and aspirations of women in Bellingen.
The survey will help inform the future direction of the CWA’s programs, events, partnerships, and support services. It will also contribute to a broader understanding of what matters most to women in Bellingen today helping identify local strengths, gaps, and opportunities for greater connection and support.
“We want to ensure we’re listening and responding to what local women really need and want,” said CWA President Kaye Guinness. “This survey helps us hear directly from the community——whether they’re young or older, new to town or lifelong locals.”
The survey explores many aspects of women’s lives—from connection and wellbeing to challenges, ideas and aspirations. The insights gathered will be used to strengthen support networks, shape local initiatives, and ensure the CWA’s work remains grounded in what women value most.
“This is about more than just CWA programming—it’s about hearing from women so we can all build a stronger, more supportive Bellingen together,” Guinness explained.”
The survey is anonymous and takes around 10 minutes to complete.
