Local generosity shines bright, providing a lifeline to farmers struggling in the wake of devastating floods.
Thank you Lions Club of Bellingen, for supporting ‘Farmers in Need’, by purchasing ($7,500.00) fodder – delivered in June to ‘Flood Effected Farms’ from Kempsey to Taree.
A big thank you goes to Lion Jim Forbes who jumped into action immediately on behalf of Lions Club of Bellingen, supporting our Locals in Need.
All monies raised from Lions Fundraising events held throughout the year, is used for emergency causes such as this.
