Hello to our Bellingen Business owners and friends:
Several key updates for the business community,
Tourism Village Guide: We have received very positive feedback on the launch of the Guide and businesses requesting additional copies. The Council has stepped up again to support and print an additional 5000 guides and has distributed them to the venues. Please note that if you want your tourism-based business listed on the next edition, you must register with the Australian Tourism Data Website (ATDW) which is the source for the Council’s Tourism website and for the Village Guide.
Please visit: www.atdw.com.au
Service Provider Shire Guide: The Chamber will be launching this month the Service Provider Guide for small businesses or sole traders that provide the valuable services visitors and residents in the Shire need. Sometimes finding a provider is not as easy as we would like, but to facilitate this, we will have a listing of services that you can access via our website: www.bellingen.au/services
If you want to list your service, please keep a lookout for the Local Service Provider Guide posters that will be up soon.
Give it a try, its free and we hope it is a valuable resource for you and the community!!!
Bellingen Business Networking Event: We are hosting our Chamber Networking Event on Monday August 25th at Bruno’s restaurant at 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
It will be a great time for business owners to have an evening of meeting each other, catching up on the latest news, ideas and enjoying refreshments and Bruno’s finest nibbles.
We are pleased to highlight that it’s a social networking event, but we will be blessed with the attendance of Steve Allan- Mayor, the General Manager and his key staff members which will be a great opportunity to spend time together.
The Chamber will host the event at no cost to our members, and $10 for non-members.
Lastly, we will have door prizes for some lucky Chamber Members which will be drawn before we close out the evening!!!!
Register for your tickets as space is limited, please see local posters for how to sign up or email president@bellingenchamber.com.au
