Jack Mitchell, Wade and Jacob McBaron and Linque Childs claimed the champion Group at the 2026 Putt Bennett Family Fishing Festival. The Runner up Group was the Hicks group of Rodney, Zoe, Max and Jake Hicks. The Brown family emerged as the champion family group.
Champion anglers were Sub Junior Female Ruby Sheppard, Sub Junior Male Zane Gough, Junior Female Zoe Hicks, Junior Male Linque Childs, Adult Female Cindy Brown, and Adult Male Jack Mitchell.
Biggest Snapper went to Brad Byes in the Deep Sea section while Stephen Long won the Largest Other Target Species with 2.9m Sailfish.
Species winners included Summa Hiscox (885 mm Flathead), Jacob McBaron (395mm Bream) Che Wenban (450mm Whiting), Jackson Hammond (615mm Tailor), Damon Hammond (390mm Dart), Cindy Brown (315mm Garfish) and Jett Harry (438mm Sand Mullet).
