The Arts Council of the Dorrigo is proud to announce the 2026 Dorrigo Easter Art Exhibition.

This wonderful exhibition brings community together to showcase the area’s diverse artistic talent and has become a key event since 1990, attracting many visitors to the region.

ON THE EDGE is this year’s theme.

Inspired by a landscape of waterfalls and escarpments, breath-taking views, bold leaps and risk taking in life and art practice. The theme invites artists to explore how living on the Dorrigo Plateau influences and affects their art practice. It also references the world we are learning to live in now.

Entry is open to everyone living on the Dorrigo Plateau.

This year’s Dorrigo Easter Art Exhibition is being curated by Rudy Kistler and Sue Langfield and judged by Pamela Denise and David Tucker.

Opening night is Tuesday 31st March from 6pm at the Dorrigo Community Hall. The Exhibition will run from Wednesday 1st April to Wednesday 8th April, 10am - 3pm,

Prize money and awards will be given in the categories:

Painting; Watercolour; Drawing & Printmaking; Photography; 3D- Sculpture & Ceramic; Fibre Art and Youth 13-18yrs.

The Arts Council of the Dorrigo is grateful to the Bellingen Shire Council and their support through the Community Grants program.
