Bellingen remains at the top of the list as a cultural and arts destination after another successful Bellingen Readers & Writers Festival.
A star-studded line-up of speakers that included the likes of Jack Thompson, Rachel Ward and Stan Grant led to sold out events across the weekend and a busy Bellingen.
Around 4000 school students took from more than 30 schools also took part in the Festival’s Schools Program, which featured authors Andrew Daddo and Corey Tutt visiting local schools.
“A huge thank you to all our volunteers, supporters and sponsors, and to the extraordinary guests who have brought their stories, ideas and a touch of magic,” said festival director Adam Norris
