Fresh from bringing the house down with back-to-back standout performances at the Federal Hotel’s annual Indiefest, crowd favourites Boss Stomp and The Stops reunite for Creatures of the Swamp—a night of high-energy live music at the Federal Hotel on Saturday, August 1.
Boss Stomp continue to build serious momentum, earning a reputation as one of the Mid North Coast’s most captivating live acts. Stripped back to just two musicians but somehow sounding twice the size, their raw, resonator-driven swamp rock has been turning heads well beyond the region, with the duo now securing regular appearances on the national festival circuit and winning over audiences across their headline regional tours.
Joining them are The Stops, who recently impressed crowds with their appearance at the Riversound Music Festival. Known for their heartfelt songwriting, infectious hooks and classic Australian pub rock spirit, The Stops deliver the kind of set that gets audiences singing along from the first chorus to the last.
Together, this crew of musical misfits will transform the Federal Hotel into a swampy celebration of live music—equal parts grit, groove and good times. Whether you’re there to stomp, sing along, or simply enjoy two of the area’s most entertaining live acts, Creatures of the Swamp promises to be one of those nights you’ll be smiling about long after the amps are switched off.
