GROUP HEALING with Freea
Freea is a breathwork facilitator, sound healer and space holder with over a decade of experience guiding transformational experiences. Having reclaimed her own health through the power of breath and embodied healing, she brings grounded presence, deep compassion and lived wisdom to every space she creates.
Blending breathwork, sound healing, movement and ritual, Freea gently supports women to regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves and remember the strength, wisdom and wholeness that already lives within them. Her work is an invitation to soften, awaken, and step more fully into your authentic power.

DRUMMING CIRCLE with Cole
Tansi, Boozhoo. Okâmîwâw Têwêhikan, Mother Drum, is a Women’s Drum group facilitated by Cole, where she shares songs from her Cree and Métis culture. These songs have been learnt over many years of ceremony, Drum group, Sweatlodges, full Moon gatgerings. Cole is happy to share with Women people who would like to join.
There will be a few seats available to sit around Mother Drum, also anyone with a hand Drum is invited to bring theirs with them.

BREATH WORK with Auntie Alison
Gumbaynggiirr elder and medicine woman will take you on a journey to the 12th Dimension using Breath work to open energy centres.
She will also be available throughout the morning for individual Rotai Therapy.
Waged $ 50 per session
Unwaged $20 per session.
